Redesign
—
FUSE magazine, a
Canadian publication on the intersection of art and politics, desired a fresh new redesign to mark its anniversary. The result was original, creating high visibility on the news stands, and increasing the overall readability of the content. The examples on the right show how a shorter jacket was created for the cover, causing the logo to be chopped off at the top and fused with the remainder of the logo on the first page of the magazine. Four different types of paper were used creating an impressive experience for the reader. The following pages show sample spreads from the magazine and its bold new redesign.
