An elegant and thorough retrospective of Governor General Award winning artist Tanya Mars. Pulling together a vast number of images spanning over forty years, along with essays written by
some of Canada’s most prolific writers, this ambitious volume uses a number of complex grids to bring Mars’ impressive body of work to the reader. A visual footnote system was used after each article to directly link to works being discussed, and a 32-page image break section was executed with precision bringing to life an exciting chronology of performance work.
